Frequently asked questions
Does AccelerateNPI replace our ERP or PIM?
No. Product data is authored and approved once in AccelerateNPI, then synced to your ERP and pushed to your PIM.
Is it a project management tool?
Yes, for product launches. Every step, owner and gate is defined in the workflow, so you don't need a separate board.
How do vendors use it?
Each vendor user gets a free login, sees only their own items, and completes validated fields for their category. There's no limit on vendor or supplier users.
What can the AI do, and what can't it?
Agents answer questions, extract and draft. They never approve or change records without a person accepting each change.
Where is our data?
On your own infrastructure, or in our hosted environment if you'd rather we run it. Either way, the AI receives only the data a task needs, and API data is not used to train models.
Which systems do you integrate with?
Leading ERPs including SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Sage, Infor, Epicor and Acumatica; PIMs including Salsify, Akeneo, Inriver, Syndigo, Pimcore and Stibo; and Dropbox for documents. We're API-first, so others can be connected.
